Thomas H. Milch

Thomas H. Milch is a partner at Arnold & Porter in Washington, D.C., where he directs the activities of the firm's environmental practice group. His practice principally includes federal enforcement and private party litigation under U.S. environmental law, counseling national and multinational companies on environmental compliance issues, and addressing environmental issues that arise in complex corporate and real estate transactions. Since 1989, Mr. Milch has been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center, where he teaches courses on environmental law. He is the author of numerous articles on environmental law and is past Chairman of the Special Committee on Environmental Litigation Techniques of the ABA's Section on Natural Resources, Energy, and Environmental Law. Mr. Milch serves on the Boards of Directors of RESOLVE and Wildlife Preservation Trust. He is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
