At RESOLVE, we do situation assessments of all
kinds, from a quick diagnosis to a structured
study resulting in a report to the stakeholders.
Regardless of the scale and issues involved, the
principles are the same. Our basic premise is
that all parties should feel they have something
to gain from participating in a consensus
building process, and that no one feels the
process would harm their current standing or
prospects for resolution of the issues. RESOLVE
can help parties assess how the potential
results of a negotiation or collaborative
process would compare with their alternatives.
