Kathleen Grant (Senior Mediator)

Senior Mediator Kathleen Grant joined RESOLVE in 2004, bringing over twenty-five years experience in mediation, conflict analysis and resolution, collaborative problem solving, and dispute resolution systems design. She has provided facilitation support on a diverse range of projects related to health policy, including food safety, agricultural biotechnology, tobacco control, rape prevention education, and therapeutic research on HIV/AIDS. In addition, Ms. Grant works on water-related projects with the Environmental Protection Agency, including revisions to the Total Coliform Rule, airline drinking water regulations, and nutrient management issues.

Prior to coming to RESOLVE, Ms. Grant worked for fifteen years at the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General where she developed and supervised a state-wide emergency mediation service and implemented an award-winning system of urban peer mediation programs to provide students with skills for resolving serious, potentially violent, conflicts amongst their peers.
