Brad Lewis (Chief Financial Officer)
Brad Lewis has over twenty years of experience in
the financial management of public contracts and ten
years with professional services firms. He is
responsible for RESOLVE’s financial reporting,
contracts and grants management, government
compliance matters, and personnel and facilities
management. Mr. Lewis joined RESOLVE after a
seven-year career at KPMG LLP, KPMG Consulting, and
FTI Consulting, Inc., where he was a Director in the
Public Contracts Group specializing in the field of
contract disputes and financial damages and
liability. His responsibilities at RESOLVE included
assisting clients in the resolution of a variety of
complex contract, legal, accounting, financial and
public policy issues related to public contracts. He
has expertise in government contracts, accounting,
contract pricing and finance.
Prior to working for KPMG, Mr. Lewis worked for
Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)
from 1993 to 1997, where he worked on improving
program and financial management of government
technology programs. From 1986 to 1993, he served as
a Supply Officer in the U.S. Navy aboard nuclear
submarines and in the Naval Reactors Program as a
Contracting Officer. A Certified Public Accountant,
Mr. Lewis received his bachelor of business
administration degree from The University of Iowa
and a law degree from the Duquesne University School
of Law, Pittsburgh. He retains membership in the
National Contract Management Association and the
Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. |
