Civil Society Observer Seats: Application Information & Materials

Below are application forms, application instructions, guidelines, and criteria for the observer seats on two Climate Investment Fund (CIF) Trust Fund Committees - the Clean Technology Fund (CTF) and the Strategic Climate Fund (SCF) - and one sub-committee, the Pilot Program for Climate Resilience (PPCR).

During the week of June 15, the application instructions and proposed criteria will be posted in all of the official World Bank languages, as well as the languages of the countries with investment plans under the CTF and the countries with pilot projects under the PPCR - Arabic, Bengali, Cambodian/Khmer, Chinese, French, Nepali, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Tajik, and Turkish. Please check back for updates. The application form will be posted only in English and must be completed in English.

Please send completed applications by email to RESOLVE at cifobservers@resolv.org by the deadline of Wednesday, July 15, 2009, midnight U.S. Eastern Daylight Time. PLEASE NOTE that if you are a shortlisted candidate, your application responses (with the exception of your contact information) may be posted online for civil society members to review when giving input into the selection process.
