Proposed Selection Process for Temporary
Observer Seats

Given the short timeline between the beginning
of the project and the May 11 - 15 meetings,
RESOLVE is proposing an abbreviated process for
the seating of temporary CSO observers to the
CIF committee meetings in May. There are four
CSO observer seats for each of the committees
and the PPCR Sub-Committee. If the number of
qualified applicants exceeds the number of
seats, we will engage in an expedited selection
process. We are currently gathering input from
stakeholders on criteria for the observer seats
and working to identify potential Advisory
Committee members.
We will post the criteria we have gathered to
date on the RESOLVE website on Monday, April
27th for stakeholder comment. We are inviting
applications for temporary observers to be
submitted by NOON Eastern Daylight Time on
Wednesday, April 29. In consultation with those
Advisory Committee members identified by April
29th, we propose to use the criteria we have
gathered to select the temporary representatives
for the May meetings. If you have any comments
