Instructions for Civil Society Observer Candidates

Below are application forms, application instructions, guidelines, and criteria for the observer seats on two Climate Investment Fund (CIF) Strategic Climate Fund (SCF) sub-committees - the Forest Investment Program (FIP) and the Scaling up Renewable Energy Program in Low Income Countries (SREP). Please read the application instructions, guidelines, and criteria before completing the application form.

Please complete this application form by the deadline of Friday, December 4, 2009, 5:00 p.m. U.S. Eastern Daylight Time.

PLEASE NOTE that if you are a shortlisted candidate, your application responses (with the exception of your contact information) may be posted online for civil society members to review when giving input into the selection process. To better inform voters, we will also require that each of the short-listed candidates provide a short biography to be posted online.
