Tools of the Mediation Practice
Flexibility is one of the strengths of alternative dispute
resolution processes. It is not only possible but desirable to
tailor a process to the specific circumstances of a case. After
30 years of experience with mediation of environmental and other
public policy issues, however, no one has to reinvent the wheel.
